Lord St. John is a qualified attorney with substantial experience in this sector. He was previously Chairman of Globix (Europe) Ltd, and is currently a consultant to Merrill Lynch and registered representative of the London Stock Exchange. He has been a crossbencher in the House of Lords since 1978 and a member of the EU sub-committee on trade, finance and foreign affairs since 1998.
Sir Peter Davis
Sir Peter Davis - ‘The man from the Pru’ - was chief executive of Prudential plc then became the chairman of J Sainsbury. He was knighted in 1997 for services to training and industry and is a non-executive director of UBS AG.
