John Leighfield, CBE – Chairman
John has served as chairman of Birmingham Midshires Building Society, a director of Halifax plc, and chairman of RM plc. In 1987, John led the MBO of Istel before selling the company to AT&T where AT&T Istel became a household name. As chairman of Synstar plc, he took it through IPO and a $237 million sale to HP in 2004. John is chairman of Council of the University of Warwick and has recently stood down as Master of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists (WCIT). He was awarded the CBE in 1998.
Martin Lynch – Founder and Chief Executive
Martin is the founder of Infinity and has spent the last 20 years in the telecoms and technology arena with organisations such as Alcatel, BT Global Services and Thus. He’s built multiple operations in new and consolidating businesses around the world, and has experience of rapidly changing markets requiring innovation and fast delivery.
John Thompson, Chief Financial Officer
John has over 20 years’ experience in finance, having started at Deloitte working in corporate finance within the high growth business division. After Deloitte, John became CFO of a series of rapidly growing private equity backed businesses. Prior to joining Infinity, John had been both Group Finance Director and Managing Director at Bedfordia Motor Holdings which he trebled in size over four years.
