Our Corporate Data Centre service is designed to support conventional corporate Data Centre requirements using a N+1/N+2 managed service. The exact technical solution can be tailored to customer requirements and budgets but typically includes the following:
Data Centre Cooling
- 600-950mm void beneath raised floor (to the client’s preference)
- Background room cooling design up to 1500w/m² base level load
- Cooling redundancy to customer specification. Variable from N+1 to N+25% or N+2
- Central humidification system with water detection system[s]
- Optional standard enhancement of an additional 1 MW of cooling per 10,000 sq ft of technical space to support high density needs (normally this would be provisioned as a 2N solution)
Data Centre Power
- Dual power feeds at 11Kv or 33Kv supply
- Three stage power resilience: mains, UPS and stand-by generation either Diesel Rotary UPS or Conventional options
- 72 hours standard on site fuel storage
Communications infrastructure
- Fully resilient voice and data communications
- Diverse fibre optic routes with interconnect available with all major carriers
- Optional microwave and satellite resilience
Fully Managed Service
- 24/7 access control against customer defined lists and policies
- 24/7 engineering support with on site sparing
- Dedicated Service Management providing monthly service reviews and pro-active fault notification against defined criteria
